Failed to Connect to instance

Game is actually unplayable as every time i change zones i get failed to connect to instance and it then drops me back to the previous zone where I have to try again. Its been an absolute pain to get to act 3

Same. cant go via any waypoint or portal.

changing servers worked after the second time.

Upvote for this. Had huge problems with doing anything, couldnt even go to my hideout without dc. Then i tried to portal to act 1 instead and that worked and then from there I could portal back to act 3.

Its still happening after 2 days. It seems to only happen to me when I am connecting to AU servers. When connecting to Singapore i dont have this issue.

I'm left with 2 choices, 1 Disconnect like crazy making mapping, buying stuff or anything really uplayable or 2 play on high ping where i have lag spikes that get me killed and wipe maps...

Please please fix this ASAP

^^ Yep, as I suspected. Something to do with Aus gateway and maybe even an ISP problem.

I'm with Dodo Internet and I haven't been able to play on AU gateway since launch.

Singapore is horrible to play on & Auckland is almost just as bad as AU in term of this error.

I'm having the exact same issue with constant instance drop outs on the Australian gateway. I've recently swapped to the Tangerine ISP and never had issues previously using Superloop

+1 from Aus server, which btw also keep telling me I am logging in from a new location every time I tried to login back from the "failed to connect to instance" error, but I am not sure if they are related.

Mine seems to be good
