Unstable PING

Ping consistently cycles between 25ms and 350ms every second or so. High ping I can handle, the rapidly fluctuating ping is unplayable. I've tried connecting to servers in US/Canada/Europe/Singapore, same behavior (though Singapore base ping is approx 50ms, which is understandable). Checked latency in 4 other games (Diablo 4, WoT, Arena Breakout Infinite, WoW), all solid between 30 and 40ms. Have tried rebooting router, plugging into the router, tried multiple network cables, even had my ISP replace the router, no change.

This problem has been going on since EA Launch. I gave up on 0.1 after about a week, didn't even bother with 0.2, thought id try 0.3 to see if it was any better, but it's not.
