There is a bug with Demon form where if you load into a another instance/zone your character with the buffs from the spirit gems wont work

Same, using SRS and Time of Need.
They will start working if you leave demon form than go back to it. |

I am also having this issue with Withering Presence and Convalescence. Dropping out of demon form and then back in does fix it, but it is supremely annoying.
