[BUG] Interaction between Resonance and Hand of Chayula on Frenzy to Power charge conversion

Hi,

So I have Sniper Mark in Hand of Chayula giving me frenzy charge

Once I put Resonance on, I wasn't getting Power charge but still frenzy.

If I use Sniper Mark directly I correctly get Power charge.

So Hand of Chayula doesn't seem to factor in Resonance with its use.
