Blasphemy not working on second weapon set

Using new system that allows to lock your weapons on both sets. In skill gem menu blashpemy shows like working, but in reality you have 60 free spirit and if you try to disable and then enable blasphemy it states "Missing socketed skill"

Fixed it for myself by getting a new low-level blasphemy gem. Level 19 blashpemy doesn't work for some reason

Bug reappers after relog. Only fix is to cut a new gem
