Double the Tavakai Double the fun

I haven't been able to replicate the bug over than 3 times. But i think 3 is enough for it to be considered. It happens when fighting Tavakai. If you are going to the 2nd phase and before you are stunned for it you are running to the door that he runs to, it seems that another Tavakai spawns for a 2nd time and appears in the ring afterwards. At the image posted you can see the two Tavakai but not both their health bars. When I encountered them though there where two health bars as well. Only when I died there was only one.

Just happened to me. After the cutscene where he runs out, I went to follow then I got knocked down again and a second one popped up and ran out and there is 2 of them.

Just had this happen to me - I stood in the way of the door he knocks down at the end of phase 1, and after he ran through me I still had no control of my character as a duplicate Tavakai then knocked me over a second time :o
