Incinerate + Lifetap Support not bringing HP down

I am doing a Lich ED build and I am trying to get to the low HP threshold. I am using Visage of Ayah to get rid of my ES effectively and I had 280 ES left over from the Enhanced Barrier node which is also a bug it seems? So I had to use soul tether in addition to Ayah helm to get rid of my ES. Then I need to incinerate + lifetap to get my hp down and my HP is not moving at all.
