Gems tab not working

I have my affinity set and my gems go to the tab, but they dont sort. Ive messed with the filter at the bottom and the 4 tabs up top every way I can. Emptied and refilled the tab. Everything I can think of. They all show as level 0, no rank, etc. Not separated by spirit, support, level etc.
