Unstable Bond bug or as intended?

Hi,

The node "unstable bond" which gives "3 volatility when an allied persistent reviving minion is killed", procs only once if multiple minion dies at the same time.
Tested by having infernal legion on 3 skeletal reaver, and 1 skeletal reaver + 1 skeletal sniper. The result on both case is all minion "killed" = 3 volatility.

It should be 3 minion "killed" = 9 volatility, i think?

I don't know why nobody talks about this, I guess it only counts "when" not how many die at any moment, it would be nice to know if it is intended or a bug.
I assumne it's a bug, since, when I summon skeletons one after the other and they die in sequence, then it works.
Damn, I wish I found this thread earlier. I wouldn't have attemped that build.

Isn't a "no" better than an ignore?
Theres a 0.1s cooldown on gaining volatility so you may be hitting this if minions die at the same time.
