I'm stuck on a quest and I cannot use the Realmgate anymore

1) I just did my first Ritual boss. Afterwards Zolin got a quest marker above her head and she wants to give me "Breach Atlas Skill Book 2" for some reason. When I click it, nothing happens and the quest marker stays. I haven't completed my 2nd Breach quest so I don't know why that is there.
Since then I cannot use the Realmgate anymore.
Edit: It's working now. I am still getting Breach quest completion from doing Ritual bosses but the Realmgate is working and I can do my bosses for skillpoints.


2) I've still got the quest from Act 4 "Hostile Takeover - Speak to Ange" uncompleted. I have spoken to her multiple times and she doesn't offer a quest completion.
Edit: I managed to fix the 2nd Bug by entering the new Coastal hideout and I was able to talk to Ange there.
