Stuck in Abyssal Depths: Failed to join instance because: Disconnected from server.

I tried restarting the game, i tried changin the server.
Resetting the instance is not possible bcs of no waypoint there and respawn at last checkpoint gets me the same error message like in the title.

What do i do? Please help :(.

I found a way out of this by getting into a party with my friend and joining their instance :) you will lose your map progress though so be warned but at least you'll be out lols
