Invisible -action speed debuff during abyss encounters in maps.

Sometimes (rarely) you get a -action speed debuff (seemingly from a rare with an abyssal modifier) that does not fade away and acts similarly to temporal chains, affecting your attack, cast, movement and portal opening speed. Re-entering map through portal fixes it.
