Instant Ice Crystal destruction via 'consume freeze' doesn't proc Verglas support

Destroying an Ice Crystal generated by Frost Wall via a skill that consumes freeze while supported by Verglas doesn't proc the support gem buff.

Steps:
Character with Frost Wall and a skill that consumes freeze. Tested with Fragmentation rounds as well as Ball Lightning w/ Elemental Discharge or Biting Frost Support

1. Frost Wall
2. Use Consume Freeze Skill on Ice Crystals, detonating them.

Expected: Verglas support buff activates
Actual: No support buff
