I can't enable Mirage Archer

In bind screen you can reserve spirit but it is not reserved based on numbers on top of sphere. When I dodge roll, no mirage Archer appears.

Have you assigned a bow skill gem to the mirage archer? Mirage will then appear when you use a projectile/bow skill.
