Omen of Greater Exaltation + Omen of Homogenising Exaltation BUG

I was on stream with a friend, so he confirmed he witness my process too.

I encounter bug where I switched on both Omen of Greater Exaltation + Omen of Homogenising Exaltation. Confirmed both had red highlight.

It only added 1 prefix. It did not work to add 2 prefix. Both omen also were used aka poof gone. Before the craft I also confirmed there was only 1 prefix and 3 suffix (2 res + 1 descrated) on that item.

The Omen of Homogenising is practically non-existent this league, people are offering 8 divs on currency exchange for one right now. Even worse, if they were bugged, you'd lose a small fortune because of it.

I'm really wondering how they manage to add new major bugs with every release.
