Omen Of Whittling/Perfect Chaos BUG (Used Items, Nothing Changed)

Went to roll T4 modifier off a spear, used both on the spear, nothing changed on the spear. No modifier change, or numerical change. This is a bug that costed me 3 divine, and is extremely unlikely/impossible that I happened to roll the same exact T4 (6 to 87 Lightning Damage) with a perfect chaos.

Is there a way to get the items back to use again?

Jk it rolled the T3 modifier into a higher one, even though T4 is lower than T3 so i guess my bad. The more you know
