Ritual bug Derelict Mansion boss

I encountered a bug when clearing the Derelict Mansion Anomaly Map.

A ritual had spawned above the boss arena slightly to the right in the corridor and after I had cleared said ritual I engaged with the boss duo, Varloch the Ashen Lord and Avelyn the Withered Rose. I also noted that the ritual had clipped partly into the top left corner of the boss arena (not covering the center stage or the front of center stage).

Varloch was moved outside the boss arena and instead was now inside this same ritual. Avelyn was correctly within the boss arena when starting the encounter.

Got locked into the boss arena and boss couldn't get back into boss arena.

Please look into this!
