[BUG] “Hammer of Kamasa” not dropping from Mektul, the Forgemaster (Ref: 2,457,958,249)

Hi,

I’ve run into a problem with the quest item Hammer of Kamasa in Path of Exile 2.

During the “Treasures of Utzaal” quest, I killed Mektul, the Forgemaster on solid ground (not in the lava). He dropped normal loot, but the quest item did not appear.

What I’ve tried so far:

Restarted the instance and killed him again

Checked my inventory (Quest Items tab) and stash

Logged out/in

The hammer is still missing and I can’t progress the quest.

Same here... there is no hammer to pick up to progress the quest. tried rerunning the instance multiple times still no luck.

Yeah was working all league on other characters but i just tried to kill and he wont drop the hammer. I reset the instance 4 times and nothing.
