Bugs in act 3

hammer of kasava doesn't drop in molten boss fight

killing azak bog queen doesn't drop anything to give spirit

killing the gorilla in jungle ruins doesn't drop the skill points

all done multiple times now map saying i have done them but not dropping :(

Issues happened after latest patch on Thursday 10th

First character playthrough went fine and received but on my second is where i am not receiving the skill points from silverback and spirit from bog queen, not sure if bug in general or related to 2nd playthrough on a different character

Character which got them fine the first run is warrior: HulkingnBulkin

Character that all the above is affected is: WitchinInTheKitchen

Just redone silverfist and azak bog queen right now, still no drops bug report reference number is 2,262,420,216
