The Black Crow Immune to damage

Currently in a T16 Map Blooming Field Mid boss battle fighting the Black Crow boss he became completely immune to any damage or any abilities I can use. While he continues to attack and chase me. This happened to me the other day. He was supposed to go to phase 2 by going to the entrance and grabbing the bell but he became invulnerable and kept chasing me in the initial grassy area. I hate bosses with second or third phases GGG makes it so buggy. Example citadel bosses waiting around while doriyani does the spinning laser cuz he wont phase and stays invulnerable what a waste of time and so poor design gets me mad playing this damn game because its designed to screw you over if you do well and get too strong.
