Missing skill points

Hello! I've been having a little problem in acquire all the extra Skill Points during my Campaign, i've tried to backtrack every single place that grants +2 skill points, and talked to all the NPC's who should give me the reward. I know i can see on the Map ingame but every single place says i've been granted the reward. For some reason i can't seem to unlock all 24, i am currently at 22 extra skill points and i really can't seem to figure out where the last 2 is supposed to be acquired. It's really frustrating me.

I had a similar problem, after googlng it was suggested that although not clear the first few weapon points can be assigned as normal points in the skill tree.

What fixed it for me was to refund the first 10 or so points in the tree (I refunded 10 points lower down in the tree to be able to go a diff route temporarily to allow this without refunding everything) and then I could see the weapon skill points as avaialble again, then respecced back into what I was before but made sure I used normal points for it
