Character Unplayable: "GameObject deserialization failure: Unrecognized task serialised by server"

Just started receiving a "GameObject deserialization failure: Unrecognized task serialised by server; missing registration? 16220" error whenever I try and load a character. Have tried verifying game files, changing server, and changing from DX12 to DX11 and Vulkan, without any help.
