Lich Last Lament - Cant attack

I was playing normally with my Lich with Last Lament build, but after i unequiped some gear for my alt when i came back i cant't attack with galvanic shards, the caracter only animates the reload but stopped attacking. Can someone relate or help with this might be a bug
