Gem Enthusiast, Crystallised Immunities and Crystalline Resistance bug

Nodes Gem Enthusiast, Crystallised Immunities and Crystalline Resistance don't count gems in secondary weapon set skill (like basic bolt or skills assigned to other sets) even though the UI at the top says proper global amount.

For example: Gem Enthusiast won't count you having 10 gems of blue color if you have some of them in your secondary weapon even if the UI at the top says 10 or even higher.

This mechanic would make sense as intentional if only Gem Studded (Gemling's ascendancy node) wouldn't directly contradict these atlas tree nodes and worked properly with how the current UI counts the gems.
