Minecart Zombies bugged

In the Mawdun Mine I found multiple cases of the zombie pushing minecart that just stood there and didn't do anything and just let itself gets hit without doing the thing where it charges with his cart. And just to be clear it is the only enemy in the entire zone that does this.
