Morior Invictus, Grand Regalia‌

Hi, the "Morior Invictus, Grand Regalia‌" is not working as it should. The "per socket filled" stats is not active. So I'm not getting any extra life regen, elemental res or spirit.

I play on PC in the Abyssal league.

I tested to replace one of the talismans I had socketed, to a rune, and then the stats activate for that socket.

But since it says "Socket filled", I would like to think it should be usable with talismans.

"5.5 Life Regeneration per second per Socket filled
+5% to all Elemental Resistances per Socket filled
+10 to Spirit per Socket filled"
