Can't get silver/bronze/gold key on pillar in trial, clicking do nothing

Hello, i played 3 trials since the beginning with the same character and on all of them i had this issue :
i can't get the silver, bronze or other key on wall when i finish the room, i'm expecting to click on the silver key on pillar and this one dropping or something else. but nothing, i can't interact with the key.

Zhen i click the key, nothing happen, i can spam it, hit it, or anything else, nothing happen.. so i made 3 trials with so many key drop to trash because i couldn't get it ... that's a bug no ?
