Where is my spirit?

My problem is that, my spirit stat is 40/100 but i don't have anything that whould use spirit.
(I completed every challange in the game to have my spirit maximalized.)
This is highly affects my end game experiance, since i lose a lot of stats and it makes it very difficult.
