Lost all items from multiple stashes

Hi,

Seems I have lost multiple tabs from stash with all the items inside.

Basically I upgraded multiple stash tabs to merchant tabs. Probably too many than i should have but the damage is done. Some of them appeared as remove only but I didnt feel like mopving all these items around at the time so i just left it like that. Now I'm playing with my buddy and we discussed trading so I went to my hideout, talked to Ange, clicked on Manage shop. I saw all my new tabs there, so I went to my regular stash to get the items and surprise surprise, some of the tabs have been removed from my stash and all of the items I had inside have disappeared. Looks like when i talked to Ange it made the all remove-only tabs convert but unfortunately, without items.

That is just too bad :(

Did your option to Hide remove-only stash tabs get turned on? I'm wondering if POE2 has re-defaulted your setting or if you were looking at more than one league. Did all of your remove-only tabs disappear?

Your actual stash tabs with items aren't 'moved' to Ange. At the point you convert a tab on the website, that existing tab becomes remove-only (in every league of both games) if it had anything in it. This happens regardless of whether you speak to Ange.

A new and empty merchant tab gets created on Ange for each converted tab (only for trade-enabled leagues in POE2), but it is entirely separate from the stash tab that had your items.


I'm not assuming that you don't have a problem, but there has been a lot of confusion surrounding what is supposed to happen with your tabs. Your remove-only tabs should still be there, for any tab that previously held items (it could have converted some empty tabs as well, for which there wouldn't be one).

Some users have raised issues with finding that items appeared to disappear or that tab synchronization caused issues between PC and PS5, when converting to merchant tabs, but I couldn't speak to that as I only play on PC.

Thank you so much for your post. I have checked this Hide option you mentioned and it was in fact enabled. Now I can see all the tabs that disappeared. Your help is greatly appreciated
