Stuck in BOSS "The Jade Isles" Map

Was playing, in party with a friend, we reached the final BOSS of the map.
We pass the 1st phase and we need to pass a corridor to reach the area were the boss will start the 2nd phase. My friend got in, first, and i got stuck in the corridor, beying unable to go though the barrier to reach the BOSS area.
After that my friend died and the boss couldnt killed me or do damage to me and i couldnt hit the boss, getting stuck in the arena.
Shutting down the game didnt resolved the issue. Reloging didnt resolved the issue.
To resolved the issue i returned to the area where the boss was, in the 1st phase, removed my gear and the azmeri spirit killed me.

If the boss didnt got the azmeri spirit, i probably would be unable to leave the BOSS arena and the map.
