Omen of Amelioration doesn't work

Hi ,
Omen of Amelioration doesn't work after death, more then 5 times i dided with omen active in inventory, omen is gone and normal amopunt of exp also.
please support

do you have any other omen active in those maps? There can only ever be one combat omen used per instance - so if you are using any other omen that triggers from combat (bonus content omens, low life omens, etc.) then amelioration wont work.
