Item disappeared from stash right in front of me.

Was going through my dump ring tab in my stash with poe overlay and hit alt e on a breach ring that looked pretty good to see what the market looked like for it and it is now missing from my stash. The space it was in now has nothing and its not in my inventory nor in any other tabs. I'm confused what happened to it?
