Bug 86 ex lost 😟

Hello,

I lost very valuable items due to a serious bug in the game.

During a dungeon run, a monster spawned outside of the playable area. I had no choice but to kill it there, but the loot dropped into an inaccessible part of the map. Because of this, I could not pick up the items.

The items I lost are:

[ 1x Fracturing orb ]

[ 3x excalted orb ]


Among these, there were approximately 3x specific drops and also a very valuable item worth around 40–50 Exalted Orbs. In total, I lost loot worth about 86 Exalted Orbs. This represents weeks of farming and effort.

I purchased this game with real money and invested many hours into it. Losing my rightful loot because of a bug is extremely frustrating and unfair. Therefore, I kindly request that the items I lost be restored to me.

I have screenshots as proof. If necessary, you can also check my account logs to verify this incident.

After putting in so much effort, losing everything to a bug is truly discouraging. Please resolve this situation fairly.
