Cannot Complete Tier 15+ Corrupted Nexus Quest

Hello,
This quest appears to be bugged for me. I have completed four Tier 15 nexuses since the quest became active and none are completing the quest. I have done them with bosses (and other nodes) and "naked" so to speak. I have always used the requisite waystone as well. Nothing changes. It simply will not complete. I wonder if the problem arises from the fact I was running T15s when it still wanted me to complete 9+ and 11+ (or whatever the levels were). In any case, it's super bugged and I can't get those Atlas points. Which is a bummer, because I'm deep into the endgame and need them.
