Collection of bug reports

- After finishing the fight with Doryani. My pets attack Doryani during his speech. Attack end's after he is quest giver.
- Vall excoriator is just standing still, doing nothing.
- Mighly silverfist can be stuck on purpose to bug out and be farmed.
- Faridum butcher does not attack, does nothing if my pet is in front of me.
- Tor gull, the colosus you are able to face tank it without taking any damage.
- The Dreadnought or Dreadnought Vanguard if essence spawn - there is no room to walk, fight or avoid fight. Essence is to big to be spawned here.
