Unable to upgrade Premium Stash Tabs to Merchant Tabs

Hello,

A few weeks back I was able to successfully upgrade one of my Premium Stash Tabs to a Merchant Tab via https://pathofexile2.com/my-account/manage/merchants-tabs

I did that upgrade and there was a warning at the time about a known bug (I can't remember the verbiage it stated about it). That known bug warning has been removed, but I am still unable upgrade the remaining 4 premium stash tabs. These stash tabs where purchased long before version 0.3.0 was released.

Under "Eligible Premium Tabs" I see no table listed.

Right now I see a table under Current Tab Allocations that shows I have 4 Premium Stash Tabs and 1 Merchant's Tabs.

Any recommendations?
