Rattling Scepter Bug

On occasion, the 'free' two skeletal warriors that you get from the scepter drops down to 1. I've found that when that happens, dropping the number summoned to 1 or 0, then building it back up, clears the bug. Not sure how to reproduce it; I think it has to do with when they're all on cooldown, waiting to be resummoned.

New development! It appears that the Rattling Sceptre is having an odd reaction to the Last Gasp support gem. I've run a while with the support gem out, and it hasn't dropped a skeleton yet.
