Ultimatum Eagle Seer Boss Still Invisible After Tornado Attack

Two trials in a row where the Eagle Seer Boss REMAINS INVISIBLE after his tornado attack.

How can I hit what I can't see?

How can I dodge what I can't see?

Apparently this has been happening since EA release. Please fix this, I like doing chaos trials but this just makes it unfun and not worth the effort.
