ZAROKH BOSS, FREEZING SPROCKETS SCREEN TECH ISSUE

I am literally at the edge of nerves breakdown because of PoE2 right now, I was just finishing the Part 4 of Trial of Sekhemas and was in a fight with Zarokh Boss, it was the moment where he disappears and you have to collect marks and when I started doing this the game froze and then sprockets show up, sound comes back and I find myself in the situation that I failed the quest.
Marks are gone and Zarokh kills me. I had a ton of Boons, almost none Afflictions, over 12000 Honour and he was at the end of life, also he is an easy enemy and I was about to finish the fight.
I have this situation recorded and have a screenshot of my Boons, attached here.

Please give me my 2 Ascendancy points I earned or at least restage my fight with Zerokh, this is ridiculous as I sacrificed over 3 hours doing this Trail and because of your system I got this failed.
