Character stuck in Deralic Mansion boss map

I would like to report a serious issue I encountered in the Deralic Mansion boss map.

When I entered the boss area, Boss was spawned outside of the boss arena. As a result, I cannot damage the boss or move into the arena. At the same time, I cannot respawn, teleport back to town, or cancel the map. My character is now completely stuck in the boss area, even after logging out and logging back in.

This is the second time I have experienced this bug with this map. It is very frustrating to spend hours setting up a map only to get stuck in such a situation. In the previous case, I was at least able to teleport back to town and cancel the map, but this time I am completely trapped.

Please investigate this issue.
