Disappearing mirror cost item

I kept getting this bug where I'd equip my armour, then travel to a map and it disappears. Usually it would come back after relogging, but it's not coming back now. I was storing in Ange whilst offline, then put it on, bug happened and it's not coming back at all. Any way of getting it back?
