Bug Report ID: #3545238308 - Ritual altars not spawning in Map containing Ritual Encounter

T15 waystone on Forge Map, containing ritual encounter. Yet no altars have spawned.
Map was overrun by abyssal and had expedition encounter.

As a side note, map was unusually empty, with a low amount of abyssal pits, and few rare monsters.
