Passive points dissapeared after respec!?

The issue is when I was refunding passive skill points with Doryani in my hideout, 2 of them didn't set and the game completely took them. I took 2 passive skill points off 2 nodes and went to the other 2 nodes I desired then I clicked apply. It showed the animations of the 2 notes being activated but immediately said "unallocated" as if I didn't just try to fund my points into them. So now the original 2 that I took the passive from are gone AND I didn't get the new ones I respeced into. Is there anything you can do for me and my character? that is basically like losing 2 levels and that inst not fair at all... especially since I just started end game.
