Abysal Lich Minions stopped attacking boss mid fight

As the title says my minions stopped attacking mid fight on a boss encounter. lucky i was strong enough to run around and survive.... I cast minion attack, nothing. i logged out and back in didn't fix it. respawned all minions and recast ed them didn't fix it... I'm currently logged out of the character, I will play another toon until you have ideas or need me to try something. I will probably just need to kill myself to end it.
