a week giving the same problem

Hello, I got in touch, posting on the console bug forum, that in the Kamasa Hammer mission, it is not dropping. I even deleted the characters and created them again, but the Hammer still does not drop when killing the boss. Yesterday I spent 300 reais buying a new skin because I like the game, but playing today with a new, different character, the mission item, which is the Kamasa Hammer, still does not drop at the end of the mission.
I play in Playstation 5
I thank you in advance, but if you can help me with this problem, this is the second email I've sent trying to solve it.

It is a known issue. There is no ETA yet on a fix.
