Spirit is broken

During the middle of the fight, I got knocked off of my mount when attempting to resummon in my mount, I realize that it was not summoning then I seen that I had all of my spirit available that should’ve been used by heraldry. I have removed all of my gear and put it back on. I have removed all of my gems and put those back on. I have tried to turn on and off all of my heraldry that did not work my Dalia‘s desire is also not registering. I can’t get my Harold of thunder to register. I can’t get my ghost dance to register so basically anything to do with spirit is not working. I’m playing on a PlayStation five so I did not do anything to the software next, I will be uninstalling and reinstalling the game just in case I have reset my PlayStation I’ve reset the game. I don’t know what else to do
