Multiple skill bug

i had hand of chayula paired with despair, it was working great up to yesterday and then it stopped applying the curse when i use the skill.

Also staff/bow basic attacks allow you to put poison 1 or 2 as support but the they have no effect at all. Even when you go on the skill page to see exactly how dps is calculated the poison effect is nowhere to be seen, like bleed for exemple you can see the amount of bleed per second each attack does.
