Currency Exchange visual notification delayed

I believe this has been happening since the most recent hotfix patch (0.3.0c Hotfix 2), unless it is only affecting Risu in the Interlude. I believe that it also affected other vendors, but I haven't specifically tested this.

When a currency exchange order is fulfilled, I get the usual prompt message if I am online.

However, when I go to town (in this case the Khari Bazaar) I do not see the light pillar notification on Risu to indicate that I have completed orders. This will occur both when logging in to a character and after receiving the other notification message while playing and returning to the Bazaar.

The light pillar only appears after I speak to Risu and open the Currency Exchange, where I can see that I have completed orders. The light pillar appears several seconds after opening the Exchange.
