Ancient vows in abyssal league bugged

I finished the quest and put both Items in, but I did not get the reward. I cannot choose between which reward I get, it just shows both relics but I did not get a Charm slot. Super annoying.

This bug still exists.

As far as I've experienced it's caused in multiplayer when one player inserts the relics while other players are not yet in the zone.

Unlike PC players who can alt click the relics to fix it, affected console players just have to deal with bricked characters.

This bug needs immediate attention!
