Bad Connection to Game Servers with 173.233. IP

Hi,
unfortunately i'm experiencing a lot of high latency situations which are not primarily caused by my internet connection (i guess) So here are my observations, checking the game Log and using winMTR: Somehow there are "good" instances and "bad" instances of an area. Every "good" instance has an 69.41. ... IP while every "bad" instance (laggy as hell, no fun to play) has an IP starting with 173.233 ... you can circumvent these bad instance servers with a VPN to another region, where servers are more stable. Players have been documenting the high packet loss and latency instability to a subset of instance servers for weeks now.
